The plant area has developed from 3000 square meters to 15000 square meters. The company's production line has developed from 4 production lines in 2011 to 28 production lines, with a group of stable and professional management team and perfect product development procedures. The R & D team actively innovates and constantly improves the production process, so as to obtain more product R & D and production automation patents for the enterprise. The quality control department is composed of several senior QC and QE. The key positions are set with quality control to ensure that the company's product quality is maintained at a stable level. It has successively passed the certification of ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system, the national level integration of industrialization and informatization management system certification and iatf16949:2019 automobile industry quality management system certification. Production management

At present, Yuanchuang magnetoelectric has advanced production technology and equipment in the industry, including the self-developed automatic feeding machine, automatic arranging machine, automatic drawing force testing machine, manipulator degumming machine, automatic detection equipment, etc., which gradually strides forward to production automation, greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers, improves production efficiency and saves production costs. The company has begun to import semi-automatic and automatic production lines.
