Job Description:

1. Responsible for fixture validation, design, optimization and improvement in the production department;

2. Responsible for the production department's machine type manufacturing process improvement and verification, process optimization, etc.;

3. Responsible for the maintenance confirmation, verification, acceptance and improvement of all equipment in the production department;

4. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Job Requirements:

1. Understand TPM, QCC and lean production;

2. Understand process optimization or related electrical principles;

3. Able to understand drawings and mechanical systems;

4. Able to use CAD/UG/Solidwords or other drawing software;

5. Mechanical or mold fixture design or processing experience is preferred.
